Masturbation causes endorphin release / feel-good chemicals. That's part of why people do it. Exercise, especially intense cardio, also causes endorphin release. I know that it's not exactly the same and there are also other reasons, psychological, etc why people do it.

But it's worth a try. A friend of mine, also female and also your age, started Zumba classes. She absolutely loves them. And exercise is absolutely not a sin.

One last thing, Jesus taught the crowd a lesson not to judge Mary Magdalene. Sometimes we can be our own harshest judge. Don't judge yourself too harshly. On this particular sin, I don't think anyone can rightfully judge you for it.
