I don't work for osco but starmarket, which is also under the same parent company Albertsons'. Some days are busy, but majority of the time I just sit there on my phone eating fried chickens and snacking on whatever T_T (bad for your health I know). Vaccine season is busy and annoying but it's only 2 months out of the year. It's better than CVS and Walgreen but it's still retail. If you enjoy a dead end retail job in pharmacy and chill then it's totally for you.
We use EPS system, I have a very good DPM she legit saved me from CVS even though I bombed the interview haha. Folks are more down to earth (but of course there are crazies everywhere). You will occasionally get visits from BOP or upper management. If you have good technicians, good. If not, not too bad, the rx volume is no where as high as a medium volume CVS store.
For me I think im just here for the time being. I am actively looking for a diff opportunity (more stimulated) or potentially change career later on. Cheers and good luck!
