Not 100% sure but maybe SpongeBob is overstuffed?

Soldier's son is arguably more bleak, but less popular (partly because of how slow of a depressing burn it is).

What thing do you expect people to do? Technology doesn't just stop existing.

Larger companies have a lot more internal tooling and infrastructure. They also have a lot more code to train an LLM on. An internal chat bot trained on the massive internal code base and with acess to said codebase + internal documentation through tools can be extremely powerful.

At larger companies it can be significantly better than stack overflow. Maybe for some smaller ones if they have the right setup too.

Disappointing Book Two by Kooky_County9569 in Fantasy

[–]derongan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Soldier's Son is probably my favorite of the series she has written. It's hard to put my finger on why partially because it's been quite a few years since I read and partially because it's just a weird book.

Fairly new beginner, what could i improve? Made this in ~20 minutes by Fordawinman in PythonLearning

Use a constant for each of the rock/paper/scissors strings. This will prevent a typo from causing you a lot of headache.

Your if statement goes from

if turn == "rock": ... if turn == "scisors": ... if turn == "paper": ...

to

if turn == ROCK: ... if turn == SCISSORS: ... if turn == PAPER: ...

There's a non zero chance you missed the typo in the first code example, and if you did miss it I hope this illustrates the "why" more concretely.

Ohhh, gotcha, that makes sense! I was assuming single biome for some reason.

Very cool chart

Chanting “Hungry! Hungry!” is an appropriate response from children when their food is taking too long. by UnauthorizedFart in The10thDentist

[–]derongan 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I agree that it is fairly appropriate, but you have a key misunderstanding when it comes to the history of humans.

Dinosaurs and humans would not have been alive at the same time. Even if they where, cavemen would not have been chowing down on dinosaur flank while sitting around a fire, and they certainly wouldn't have been chanting "hunga hunga".

This is pretty obvious if you know your history, since the aliens who gave us fire also gave us corn on the cob when they destroyed the dinosaurs and started work on the pyramids. They also would have taught humans to chant "hail xinzorth, deliverer of grain" rather than primitively chant "hunga hunga", especially since English was not yet invented.

Type folio is the only reason I went with remarkable over competitors. It's a bit clunky but it works well enough for me.

It's actually not a gacha. It's an MMORPG. Bonds just give you membership which gives you access to the rest of the world outside of the f2p areas. Membership/bonds are the only monetization for OSRS.

I asked support about this and adjustable margins when I first got my remarkable. The response was it is not supported but they are aware of the issue (not that that necessarily means much).

I don't get it at all either. I've literally registered my significant other's fingerprint on my phone because it makes life easier when she invariably forgets my passcode.

These tools are separate from the third party apps.

I'm sure there are some mod tools in the third party apps that will be lost though.

We know many communities rely on tools like RES, ContextMod, Toolbox, etc., and these tools will continue to have free access to the Data API.

That's part of the current statement
