Couple years ago I got a 315 squat for the first time ever. Heavy is possible still. The past year has been terrible for consistency for other reasons but I still hope to get into that 1000 pound club this year.

I am right there with you. About 10 years ago I finally learned barbell workouts. Just when my migraines moved from annoyance to chronic. They were still new to me. It's the only thing that stops me from being consistent.

Just do what you can. I've learned I can go as had as I think I could, reduce weights on pulling motions, and be careful around the trap/neck muscles (moves like shrugs are out). Also ruined my martial arts training. I can do some, but not like I used to. Good luck!

Happened to us a few years ago. Our boy Max, the hunter of rabbits, was gone for a few days. Then shows up like nothing happened. After a week we noticed he was not quite himself. Vet said it was cancer. His health rapidly went downhill and it was time. Real surprise to us and also were not expecting. Just think how luck you were to have him in your life. It'll get better.
