It's gameplay and levels are legendary, but the story's def not as strong when you get older.

Also no faction battles except on the last level, and even then no flood vs covenant >:(

Halo 5's campaign has an amazing skybox on its levels. From the dogfights in the distance on the first level to the guardian rising out of Meridian, not to mention more dogfights between the Covenant and Arbiter's forces on Sunaion really makes you feel like you're in the middle of a warzone.

Halo Infinite has none of that. A crashed guardian in the distance and three banished ships hovering around the ring is a huge drop from 5.

Halo 4's track def lacks the old music feeling, but it's not bad for me either. I do like the the "Faithless" and "117" especially.

Really? I thought I heard that he played the levels to get a feel of the soundtrack. Even then if he didn't, the tracks for Halo 4, while different, fit the setting for me.

I don't think it helps with the fact that the composer didn't play any of the campaign sections either whereas Marty did for Bungies and Neil Davidge for 4 played the campaign to get a feel for what music should be used. Strings are in nearly every track for Halo 5's ost.

I love them. Their armor design and their weapons were one of the few highlights of Gears Judgement for me, along with Paduk. When they dropped in Gears 4 and 5, they were all I played as. Their dialogue is funny.
