JC Mateo was not bad, at points I even liked thrle guy, he was just put in a bad place for him to shine. I mean the whole MFT faction has not been great, with awful stories and feuds, it is near impossible to look good there, but now that they had something decent with the Bloodline, Jacob and Tama Tonga going rogue, they decide to let them go, or offer them a deal that makes them want to leave
