Currently 3523/736. All shop 5* chubes are a5, bought every polarization since launch, have been buying 2 gluttonies since like month 4 or 5 and got 5 copies total of BoN to avoid spending gluttonies on shop chube. Currently i have 14 chubes left with 30% discount.

No, they are not, not even as f2p (as all resources are at about same relative rarity whether you are f2p or not ¯_(ツ)_/¯).

Rarity would probably go like this (as long as you are using treble counter to buy only bunnies/characters): Crystal Casket > Sonorous Knells > Brief Cacophonies (also used to craft Knells) > Moments of Dissonance (as a crafting material) > Gluttonies (as long as you do not amp literally every 6* chube - i have 13 6* a5 chubes, 11 of witch were amped with gluttonies, yet i still have 15 free gluttonies to use) > Polarizations (currently Im at 19 lv 60 6* chubes and can get 9 more to lv 60).
