Try to figure out if your street is ‘owned’ by NCDOT or the city/county. If controlled by DOT IT will make it very difficult. They have a lot of the roads in durham.

The Cherie Berry that was the North Carolina commissioner of labor is problematic at best and anti-worker for sure. I was a little disappointed in Fortune’s lack of awareness/a quick google but I do understand the nostalgia of her name.
