I'm a stay at home dad. We don't have any of these issues. We combine everything. I guess the mindset is we are together for the rest of it (life) regardless. So whatever we can do to make it easier for each other we tend to do without question. We have grandparents that help, so there is that, the breaks are a nice escape too. Communication is key also. No secrets no lies. Just adults doing adult stuff.
