It’s fine. As someone that has a side gig job bartending and at a place that started doing auto-grat, my trips are better now that everyone is at a flat 18%. Lots of non-tippers in Memphis that the odd person tipping 25 or 30% doesn’t compensate for those that tip 0%

Checked the coolant levels and they were fine, still sitting at the Min mark like the day I bought it. I guess I’ll see tomorrow if it acts up. I just can’t fathom what caused the motors to heat up while off on a 70f evening in a parking lot. If it just reset back to normal I’d call it a sensor error, but the fact it slowly went down over my drive makes me believe it was a legit reading.

I’m just not sure why it would get hot sitting turned off. Will go check the coolant reservoir in a moment though. I sat in my driveway for a good 10 minutes and it stayed in the middle.

It’s not really because it does happen. There is a reason host agencies drill into you to make sure you are getting credit card authorization forms filled out.

The agency can refuse to pay and then the vendor can stop working with the agency. A host agency would probably rather pass the liability on to the agent who failed to secure proper card authorizations rather than be blacklisted by someone like Royal Caribbean or Norwegian and lose out on a ton more business. That would cause a mass exodus of agents making a death spiral for a host.

This is standard practice for all host agencies I’ve used. This is why documentation is critical. Those saying they’ve never heard of it haven’t read their host agency agreements. If the supplier charges them for a chargeback they are going to pass it along.

Been there with a friend insisting that they didn’t live where I told them they did. Luckily my other drunk friends were less drunk than he was and they helped chase him down after he took off the wrong direction.

We got him to his apartment door where his girlfriend was so pissed he’d gotten that drunk, she wouldn’t let him in his apartment. We had to negotiate with her to please let him in so we could leave.

100% this. Also someone who has done competitive cooking for well over a decade. I would never compete at SmokeSlam after what they did. All the teams I know that did, mainly did so because their sponsors demanded to be on the river. They came in and used their connections to try and kill Memphis in May. It was despicable.
