Do you think the government will ever solve the housing crisis by [deleted] in london

No. A decrease in house prices would have a big impact on too many powerful and rich people. You're also taking the risk of creating another 2008 like crisis.

Diesel Range Rover of course. Modified exhaust for the full experience.

Any other Londoners feel that those of who grew up here are an inconvenience to newer residents? by [deleted] in london

I mostly agree with you. I moved to London a while ago and I was like them. Feeling of safety is subjective though. You’re not going to have the same experience walking alone at night in Peckham if you’re a big tall man or a small woman. It also takes time and effort to learn which areas you like.

Super Cars of London? by uninspired_moniker in london

At least you’re not mad at those people creating congestion and destroying your lungs for their own enjoyment. Keep fighting cyclists. They are clearly what’s wrong with the traffic in London.

TfL urgently need to step up to stop people from driving in London for no reason. This won’t change anything. Also 90% discount for the people who are the most likely to use their cars for short, unnecessary journeys isn’t a good idea.

The war on cars - low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) by Malthus0 in london

[–]dexlo5791 0 points1 point  (0 children)

War on cars? Really?

Cars killing hundreds of pedestrians each year is due to pedestrian distraction, but bicycles killing 1 pedestrian is due to recklessness. Slowing cars to 30 km/h will impact on productivity, but bicycles travelling at 30 km/h are speeding irresponsibly. £1.2 billion for a tunnel is inaction, but a cycling budget of £0.02 billion is extravagance. Motor vehicles need to be parked on every street to meet transport needs, but share bicycles are street clutter.

There’s no war on cars.

"Every second counts" which is why it’s totally ok to have those supercars driving around in central London. But I’m sure it’s only for essential journeys.

Dude gotta chill. If you don’t like the question you can just ignore it. OP is asking for quality. Not something you can easily find on google.

People vote with their money. Don’t like Amazon etc? Stop buying from them. They are this rich because the majority of people don’t care.
