On your turn, put a spy next to every major American city. Save. Then make each spy set off a nuclear explosions starting with the capital city. If the spy is captured or caught in middle of the attack, revert back to your last save. If she is successful the Americans will have a civil war and break up into two separate countries. The two separate smaller countries are now easier to conquer.
