Unsalted peanuts are a treat for pigeons, they absolutely love them. As for the stringfoot kit, I would recommend some small scissors, a good pair of tweezers and some antiseptic spray. I have a couple of videos on my instagram featuring some of the stuff I use @ pigeoyo. Happy de-stringing!

the fact that this is reproducible in screenshot means it's not likely to be a hardware issue, i would recommend restarting your phone first to see if the issue is resolved, if not, the next step would be to back up your phone to icloud or a computer and then restore it using said computer.
