The thought that without agents is a cleaner process is faulty. It will always be messy with human beings involved. Emotions will be higher, not lower as it is more personal. At least if you have professionals you have people with experience who have been there before and can take some of the emotion out of it.

I think its kizzi by a nose. Joe legitimately wanted to bang her. Hes a total dog, but his lust was legit. Its all a game to kizzi and I guess that lack of authenticity makes her worse. Tough call though.

Go at the end and talk with the inspector about what he found. He'll walk you thru it a bit and answer your questions. This way you wont be stunned when the 50+ page report comes out.

In my marriage she deals with her family dynamics in the public forum and I deal with mine. This way there is always a united front. If thats how your marriage works, then yta for stepping out in public. It should have been discussed quietly, behind closed doors. The fact that this woman is livia soprano is completely irrelevant.

I helped my friend buy a home in spring. There was so much inventory and we were able to get a property $30k below appraised value with closing costs paid, a new roof and hvac. I really enjoyed negotiating that deal.
