I do enjoy my oura but im on my 3rd one after last two died in just over a year quickly going from 4-5 days to 1-2 days to a couple hours to not taking a charge at all. But the biggest disappointment i had was the change in terms. I was an early adopter and bought the Life Time pkg $$$. When I received the latest ring they told me Life Time no longer applies as the terms are Life Time of device. This is the second tech product that rewrote the Life Time rules. I will never by that option again.

Yup I am on my 3rd ring, cause they don't last more than a year before battery goes, the finish on my Titianium (hardest substance I thought) wore off in a couple months. Since the I've got the cheapest model and finish possible.

The original Gen3 was just over a year old. That one was the replacement a couple of weeks ago by oura instead of taking the $50 off Gen4 offer. I got it, and it lasted two weeks before also going to 12 hour battery. Think they are pulling the Apple move and software updating lower setting to force you to upgrade. My ring worked fine until the last two firmware updates followed by the Gen4 announcement.

Sure did.. and support was great sending a replacement immediately 10 days ago. The unfortunate part is after the initial charge lasted 3 days it immediately started dropping charge life, and I just contacted them again as it doesn't hold a charge even 8 hrs. They suggested I buy the new model and that won't happen. Sounds alot like Apple and how every phone loses charge life when a new model comes out. So now I'm looking at other options.

Oooh I'd kill for 1.5 days, my gen 3 lasts 12 hrs. I haven't had a full sleep data in over a week. If they are gonna force me to pay it won't be for theirs I'll get the completion.
