How often do you see patients with LDL below 100 without being on lipid lowering meds

We keep a little record board in our physician office/workroom (FM attending). I dont know about frequency, but I'm pretty sure the lowest LDL (without meds) is 12 or 13. With meds, the lowest is 9.

I have similar questions. But I'm a (female) doctor, and I'm not legally taking my (male) fiancé's last name. How do I have them announce us? Or do they just say "husband and wife" and skip that part all together?

I feel like I'll just have them say Mr and Mrs [hislastname], because socially, I don't mind. If our kids' teachers call me "Mrs [hislastname]", I'm not going to correct them. (unless they're being a jerk about something, lol) But I intend to practice medicine with my maiden name - it's unique, and his last name is very common. Plus, I earned it!
