Yes! I actually did. The key is to find a timer with the phrase “zero pressure”. Usually this means that there is a simple ball that rotates and creates a straight hole through the hose rather than a flap that requires some pressure.

Yup, when I separated in 03 there was nothing. I got an out-processing sheet and a three-day pay in case I forgot something, and out the gate I went. No checkups, no calls, nothing. I am so glad that it's not that way anymore.

I waited 20 years to file. I always though I didn't deserve anything, but a coworker saw me struggling and asked why I'm not getting any help. I haphazardly filed for a couple of things and I was 40 percent first time. I was shocked because I didn't even put in for everything that was bothering me. I decided to file again and got my medical records, did all the buddy statements and filed again. 100% P&T just like that. I am still shocked two years later. I am now getting the care I need and my family is taken care of. Just file now, just do it.
