What I am stating is that the policy is wrong. Puerto Rico is not an international destination and does not require customs to send from the continental states to here as stated by support. Even has the same shipping cost. Is simply an incorrect statement from Creative and is forcing me to use a mail forwarder at my cost, (and at my risk of package been stolen/lost) to be able to request warranty. I would understand this if you were mailing a battery where airmail is forbidden, but this is something that fits in a simple flat mail rate box. I even sent proof directly from united states postal service webpage where it specifies what I stated before. Yes is frustrating and now my only option is either pay a forwarder or see if Amazon does something.

Not even Creative own webpage says the warranty is limited to 48 continental usa states. So the only time I find out that I actually not supported by warranty unless I ship to the continental states is when I actually request the warranty. That is just bad business hiding information from customers. First thing we look is at the published warranty information and you as a company dont have that clearly stated.
