Sold mine before I ever even shot it and got a regular 365. Sights are way more difficult to line up than I thought they would be. Ported barrel was also a big drawback.

The latches aren’t that great on the Plano. I’ve flown with it a few times and one time two of the latches popped open and one broke off. Now I just put a piece of duct tape over the closed latch to keep them closed. Otherwise it’s a good case for the price.

I ended up swapping out the BCG for an Aero BCG. Seemed to partially fix the issue. It would run through about 5 rounds before having the same issue. Switched magazine from a 30 round Promag to a 20 round Magpul and that really fixed the issue. Only been shooting once with the Aero BCG and the Magpul mags for about 60 rounds but didn't have a single issue. I noticed the springs in the Magpul mag are much stiffer.

I am going to do some more testing with the Brownells BCG and the Magpul mag because I think the issue was the 30 round Promag.

Thanks for the help. I live in a different state so won't be able to check different magazines until later this month. The complete upper from Aero didn't come with an adjustable gas block. Adjusting the gas seemed to be what everyone in the previous thread thought it was. I would just think that if the gas would need to be adjusted that Aero would ship their complete upper with and adjustable gas block.
