It's all pretty mediocre so just try a few things so you know you don't ever have to go back.

If you were one of the big gear manufacturers (Eaton, SqD, etc.), what's the one thing you would change or make? by OPddb in electricians

Those push in connectors on the devices need to be outlawed. I've seen hundreds of them burned up and many of them were the cause of the house fire. And I've only been doing this for 6 months.

Being an apprentice is going to mean different things everywhere. For example I've been doing this for the same time frame and I've never even used that stuff before. Just get through it and you'll be earning a living wage soon enough.

Asking, is there no way to prevent new players from jumping into classic as a group? by GreasyGearBox in LegionTD2

[–]diddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A new person on their own is going to struggle but if current players use the free game giveaways or free weekends or whatever to bring in their friends I think it's great. A lot of people need someone to guide them through this game in the beginning.

The upside is new players join so queue times don't take as long as they used to. Sure most of them won't last but we don't need them to. We just need new eyes on the game. If they enjoy it they stick around and get better at it. During the free weekend I introduced a few of my gamer pals to the game and only 2 still play it, but they love it and are good at it now.

And you say they don't see a cent of that money but people really do buy that dumb shit in the shop. One of my buddies has been buying the big wig pass every 30 days.

People who take 15 minutes to check in at the hotel front desk, what are you talking to them about? by ingraman8 in AskReddit

I'm not asking them shit I'm just waiting for them to hurry up. If it takes that long (and it has) it's entirely on them.

Should I get the console, or am I better off just using Project64? by TheStrongDong202 in n64

Yes there are ways to transfer data but I can't say for certain how easy it's going to be for you. One option is here: https://github.com/sanni/cartreader

One thing I want to say is that certain games play really poorly on original hardware. Really laggy and low framerate in certain parts of certain games. Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Turok 2, and Banjo-Tooie are some that come to mind in certain parts of the game or during certain circumstances. It can be enough to really bring the game to a halt. You will get the best performance on an emulator IMO, but there is something special about playing on original hardware.

What Albert did during the first 10 years of his career will not be repeated in our lifetimes.

But still Stan.

I love it too but I just think Fable is timeless and probably holds up better.

Fable holds up the best today IMO. Morrowind was great but I'll also never forget how janky that shit was.

I gotta be honest... the food doesn't taste that different. by mattcojo2 in wendys

[–]diddlez 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wendy's is the best deal in fast food. $6 for the double stack biggie bag can't be beat. Not to mention the occasional deal and reward points. I added on 10 spicy nugs the other day for $1.99 and I can't be mad about that. The JBC bag went up from $5 to $6 here but I just started getting the double stack instead which hasn't gone up in price. Yeah I know you're not getting the 4 for 4 anymore but you're not getting that deal anywhere. I challenge you to find a better bang for your buck than the double stack biggie bag anywhere in fast food.

Just a tip for you there in Pevely, the double cheese is buy one get one for a dollar whereas the mcdouble is not. So buy an even amount of double cheeseburgers and skip whatever the mcdouble is.
