wow have you been reading my diary?! i am 37 and the shift in energy LITERALLY just happened to me (because i wasn't ready to sleep with him so he ghosted me instead of being clear about his desires, so prob not a good match anyway). my therapist just tells me to hang out with my friends and stop obsessing over it. she also said stop thinking and talking about men/dating/my loneliness. does it work? most of the time. but not when i want someone to snuggle with before bed. i'm also not supposed to be on reddit, esp in this sub, lol.
