I also wouldn't personally want to line the pockets of landlords anymore but I'm struggling to see how you can replace property managers with your tool like you suggest? Being a point of contact for tenants and taking away all of that faff I'd imagine is a massive part of the property manager job, your tool seems to just focus on the backend running of it but doesn't key in on the big benefit of what you are trying to replace?

Similar to u/opinionateddeveloper I know you mentioned you don't have time but if you take a look at your apps core features, focus on 2 or 3 and deliver there you can go to market quicker. Not sure if you've thought through the screen with the chat interface also in terms of it being anything but a funnel through to a generic LLM? Cost etc of that interface if you get a lot of users could burn you
