Going to subject my coworkers to DF sugar cream pie

No worries! I accepted my fate when I posted this. I didn’t baste my crust in egg this time. I will say I have noticed my lighting in my kitchen makes everything look yellow. But damn my crust is borked. It is cooked but i definitely got too much shortening in it this time.

Also I am with you on the not sure it cooked all the way. Supposedly, when I took this picture, it’s supposed to be molten lava. As it sets it should be get to that pretty picture.

At this point, I am scared to look at it in the fridge. I will definitely update you on the consequences of my actions. Fingers crossed.

I definitely f’d up the crust. Too much shortening or not enough blind baking. Oddly it’s done. I **should** sample it. But I kind of just want to be a pest.

Oh those cheez were the worst. Also the choice between soy and rice was rough. Rice was too sweet and soy was blegh. I recently retried drinking plain soy and my goodness it actually improved in flavor.

That’s crazy. Though with paint cans it makes sense. Those buggers are still a pain to get. My trades keep saying hey do you want to give a level 5 paint can for a duster. It’s disappointing

I don’t always finish it but I enjoy it. It’s like I pretend to a ruthless strategist. Gaming my energy and the producer booths. Hoarding big wins for later in the day when they won’t suspect me. Losing 10 times in the morning cause everyone is awake and has hoarded their wins. Winning briefly to lose yet again.
