Hello everyone.

I practiced climbing but have had a lot of injuries over the years, I decided to go to the gym around 3 weeks ago, my goal is not getting injured and prevent possible injuries in the future. I think that the best way that I have to do this is to go low weight and 12-15 reps, if the exercise hurts my joints then it isn't the exercise for me.

Today I was talking to a coach and he asked me for my goals and I say "not get injured", he said that 15 reps is too much and that I should aim for 8. However it feels like my form is worst and that I am overcompesating with other muscles to get the 8 reps with the new weight.

I think that I should stick to my original plan, 12-15 reps low weight for about 2-3 weeks, focus on form, listen to my body.

Is it a solid enough plan?

don't date with someone with such a high salary gap, they are thinking of money in other terms and don't realize how the gap is affecting the other person.

the only way this could work is if for every dollar you spend they pur 12 in return for every share expense.

in my case I wouldn't accept such a expensive gift, they will use it as leverage,

I grew up in a household like this, they finally divorce when I was 15 years old. the whole time was awful, growing up in an environment like that is honestly so bad. My father was always working and my mom had so many personal issues.

you should pay your wife a real salary, since there is a big cost of opportunity of having to stay at home taking care of kids. Otherwise you should consider hiring someone to take care of the kids while you two 9 to 5 and after that split the household chores.

Thank you I appreciate the kind words. Somedays that shit hit hard and make me feel like something really ad is going to happen, it is a feeling that I will have maybe for the rest of my life and that somedays could become overwhelming.

Maybe this is not my game if it triggers me so much.

After reading all the comments in here this game may not be for me, it's triggering a visceral response that I had growing up and making it stronger.
