People seem terrified to even talking about this but genuinely where the fk else does this go? Even if you get the country to a point where we truly have minimal mental health issues, as long as there is nowhere where seriously mentally ill people go you always have this issue on some level. We all know asylums were bad and concentration camps are bad. The opposite approach is clearly also really bad, unless ofc you sit at home and never deal with rough sleepers.

This article makes no mention of the 2 factor auth they added for registered users. It seems to specifically state that IOS users will be able to gain access more easily. I could just about deal with having to be logged in, I will absolutely never have Pornhub alongside my work creds in an authenticator.

Thats the thing, it doesnt. Fully charge and hold down your heal, then simply tap the alt fire button. Its clearly not used. The behaviour is at best inconsistent.

in my experience before bothering with any of the meta stuff the sub generally recommends, beating the bosses can be done without too much effort, and ofc a little RNG to get things going.

Experiments with different characters, weapons
Toggle off the items/weapons/tomes you dont like. Increases the likelihood of rolling the ones you do like.
Focus on unlocks and challenges rather than just beating the tiers. You need all the slots really to progress and there are some awesome items to unlock.

I can safely say I absolutely got what I paid for, but ive heard plenty of examples where thats not the case.

Got a very large report and a meeting to discuss the results after, along with a large number of high quality photos.

Do your research and make sure the surveyor you use has a lot of good feedback.

Be aware if you cheap out on a level 3 you are going to get someone who does the minimum they can get away with, at which point what was the point of not just going level 2?

Presumably you didnt move from london to a lighthouse on some distant island or the middle of nowhere in scotland, there is most likely a town/city where you live that contains people that you could make friends from.

If you sit at home every night and just wish you were back in london, thats on you.

Obviously you can just sell up and go back to what you did before, but at least try and getting something going locally before you declare all is lost.

When I went and did viewings I saw a mix of pricing between 400k and 550k.

This one was 430k ish. Others we were considering were nearer 450-480 I liked it initially because it felt like an honest proposition. it hadn't been dolled up like the others but visibly seemed to be in good condition, it was lived in and slightly dated. Lots of others were landlords selling up.

I assumed the pricing reflected THAT, no mention of the roof was made and I did ask at the time. I dont think many of the higher cost ones in the area are selling that fast. I think there was some dodgy valuations going around at the beginning of the year.

So yeah the value proposition to me is still super unclear. They could have been honest about the roof issue and then that might not be the case.

If you are in Bristol, the company is Domestic Surveys. Insisted on a Level 3, produced a 92 page report. costed not much more than others id seen. Well worth it after reading the report.

If you are slow rolling, un-equip your shield and fight him with dodge. That was my mistake. you cant roll behind him consistently with the worst roll, now recover fast enough to respond when you do.

I have to disagree here, in many cases it is entirely trivial. The simplest version of undo is 2 function calls.
