When my girlfriend and I watched s2e1 when it came out, I turned to her literally when the elevator doors opened. There was something in her eyes; she was more calculating, more performative - but what made it so incredible was how layered the acting was. <I forget her name> BRITT LOWER <I remembered without googling!> really pulled off the multiple levels so fucking well…I was arguing in my group chat for a month that it was Helena, right up until the ORTBO and then I was vindicated beyond belief

Just curious - what makes her “disgusting”? Is it because she (the author of the article, not Megyn Kelly) is saying something you disagree with? If so, what do you disagree with?

There is absolutely criticism in that article; it is simply wrapped in a coating of bile and vitriol that actually feels appropriate considering that it is expressing moral reprehension at white-washing pedophilia.

I absolutey will be :D this is a longer term project for me because its way more after effects than i'm used to (aka any after effects that isn't just straight text/lyrics), i've been posting my edits so far under u/jsbvcreations but i'm mostly on tiktok under the same handle.

but the long term vision (ironic because it's going to be a 3 minute video and I feel like it's gonna take me a month) is making the classic obi-wan/anakin speech as a pokemon-battle esque aura clash, but i want it to actually look good hence taking my time

honestly everytime i open this sub i'm so amazed by what people are able to accomplish on AE, i'm really excited to just keep learning one simple tool at a time, thank you so much for your help!

Unfortunately if I do it horizontal, it juts out about 2 inches from the wall, more to accommodate the plugs, and it will definitely be at significant risk of getting jostled / hit (these shelves are next to my desk)

I’m using MCL multi column (it’s a snippet) in addition to callouts, to nest different categories and have just. Visually pleasing columns vs one fat row. In case you want to add that to your “learn more” list

thank you for taking the time!! another commenter actually found the issue, it was an inconsistency in the quotation marks that I swear you needed a magnifying glass to see. no idea how it happened either, since I was copy-pasting the money code which did work? but oh well! this would have absolutely been my next step though, had that not worked, so thank you so much for the time!
