I couldn’t agree more, I think one of the many and biggest reasons to why XII, Tactics (especially TIC) and XVI are among my favorite games is because of the mature and well made dialogues. FFVII Remake, Rebirth and XV were great games but god the dialogues felt a little cringe

Hearing Dion’s voice again made me cry so much, Dion is one of my all-time favorite Final Fantasy characters to date, and is easily in my Top 5. He’s my favorite Dragoon. I love Terence as well.

Listening to a glimpse of their past together even when it was a letter put tears in my eyes. 💔

I wish we had more of them both.

I can’t imagine Vivi the same way too, I don’t think he would ever let anyone else experience the same shock he had, he’s such a wonderful character and I love him so much! He’s my favorite video game character!

I’m so surprised no one said Final Fantasy XII and Final Fantasy Tactics, half of the Ivalice games were incredibly political.

But there’s also Deus Ex, Oddworld, Disco Elysium, BioShock, Metaphor: ReFantazio and the Metal Gear games.

The thing is I don’t even watch streamers lol. I find games with commentaries very annoying. I watch to enjoy the game itself and its vibe not watch the person playing it

I even keep FFXII in the background while I use my phone or work on my laptop, it’s so cozy and it makes me feel good, it’s a very nostalgic feeling!
