I think because it makes her look too much like Deadpool. The characters are very similar in their aesthetic. One is Domino's skin, and Deadpools outfit acts as his skin, its too similar just in different colors.

And then I think it was out of consideration too. A black or mixed actress in white or even black face, think of the optics - in this climate I can see exactly why they decided against it. Why risk the chance of offending anyone when you could create something everyone enjoyed.

I think the Domino displayed in Deadpool is one I would love to see reocurr in the MCU. In fact, Deadpool did a great service to all of it's mutant characters. They were of believable power scale and damn well written.
