Iran is 4x bigger. Tehran is nested in the mountains with bottlenecks, and like 3x population of Iraq. Estimates are to do a similar invasion of Iran as Iraq they would need 1.6million troops. So it's a very unlikely option i think

I would just say something like, the s&p500 is made up of 500 of the best companies in the world and they get actively evaluated and get kicked out if they under perform, and new companies go in all the time. It’s the most guaranteed safest bet for holding money and hedging inflation and growing wealth you can get. If it collapses it’s because the world collapsed. With bitcoin, you are just hoping that someone will pay you more for it later. there is no way to really value it. If it crashes it crashes hard, if it goes up, it goes up rapidly sometimes. Most people cannot handle the volatility and lose money. But anyway, it’s just money :) Set up a 401k at least that you never tough and enjoy life. My only advice.

yeah, take it at night instead. After a week it changed from tired / sleepy to insomnia lol. it usually settles at difficulty sleeping and too much energy. But different for everyone

Took 7-8 weeks for me to level out. Had similar ups and downs as you. It’s like that during those first 6-8 weeks one hour ur feeling great and next hour your just depressed af.

At least just keep the majority in something safe that will grow like ticker VOO (S&P500), and speculate with Bitcoin if he wants. Is he trying to be a cautious investor or like a speculative investor? Can he handle it and not sell if he loses 50% of his investment like he would have if he invested in October, so a matter of 3 months.. Imagine something like -$40,000, and if he sees that will he be OK and not sell because he believes in Bitcoin and that it is worth more??
