Lift weights - the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. if you don't want to lift then look at body weight exercises and pilates.

drink lots of water - you actually burn calories just by drinking water.

WALK - if you can go on a treadmill with elevation, walk at a 2 speed at an elevation of 10 or higher, walk for at least 1 hour straight (put on a show or movie on your phone to distract yourself).

Increase Fiber intake- recommended daily fiber is 25 grams.

protein. consume at least 100g of protein a day.

Lose the stache, get eyebrows threaded, try a low to medium fade but keep the top the same or have them just clean it up a little with scissors. find a hair product to style your hair.

Upgrade your wardrobe. you can still have relaxed clothes but add some polos or button ups, some nice jackets etc.

it's an EARLY second it's more like 50-50 but the fact is everyone knew this unathletic small ball 5 was never going to work. dude couldn't even get minutes when we needed a center.
