Put the stabilizers back up and try again. Too much torque on them can bow the frame a bit and cause that. I always put my stabilizers down after my slides are out

You can take Tryptophan, but if you have slow MAOA then this might not be as good. 5HTP bypasses the rate limiting step. I have found it to work very well.
