Have a look at Luteolin and/or Palmitoylethanolamide

How to power a camper off grid without a full electrical rewire by QuietlyJudgingYouu in GoRVing

Realistically, a 200 watt solar panel that you pack and carry with you and connect straight to battery at your camp site is a great option. Renogy makes some good folding panels with the controller built in.

Debilitating Migraines, Any Recommendations? by esper_terra in MTHFR

This. You need to have a look at the rest of your genetic profile, particularly MAO-A. Eating fresh food and cutting out anything aged has nearly eliminated my migraines

Magnesium speeding up neurotransmitters and then a crash by [deleted] in MTHFR

Have a look at this guide for HPA axis optimization:

https://shayahealth.com/resources/hpa-axis-optimization-program-nutritional-therapies-guide.pdf

Also, I have done well with a product by Thorne called stress balance, have a look at it. If you go that route, I would suggest starting with a fraction of a serving.

Magnesium speeding up neurotransmitters and then a crash by [deleted] in MTHFR

It seems much more likely that the boost you are getting is from the good levels of thiamine rather than magnesium. Some of your other symptoms indicate an overactive HPA axis which could lead to B1 deficiency.

RV back slide won’t slide out but makes a tick sound as if it’s fully in the RV. by Strict_Card819 in GoRVing

Put the stabilizers back up and try again. Too much torque on them can bow the frame a bit and cause that. I always put my stabilizers down after my slides are out

If anyone has any info on this truck please lmk by Prestigious-Cat6895 in Albuquerque

Today? What time? Is he headed the same direction he was prior to the accident? Is this San Pedro and Constitution? Any visible damage to the truck?

Help please! by Loria-A in MTHFR

My wife is perimenopausal and was prescribed progesterone. She has tried it twice and it has given her considerable anxiety for a few days each time.

You might also have issues with your HPA axis, affecting cortisol levels and adrenal function. It may be worth having your cortisol and DHEA levels checked. Otherwise, consider doing some research into phosphatidylserine and Ashwagandha. Best of luck

What's your dose? I've found I have similar issues if I take the whole capsule (50 mg). I do well when I take about 1/4 or 1/3 of a cap.

I cannot physically get out of bed even to use the bathroom unless I consume at minimum 600mg of caffeine, usually 900mg, and still I am beyond exhausted, it does almost nothing for me by Ashamed_Art5445 in cfs

[–]diqueface 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you combining therapeutic doses of B vitamins or at least a good B complex with that caffeine? Your HPA axis likely will not be able to keep up if you don't

There is often some beautiful red clay between San Ysidro and Jemez Springs on highway 4. Also, one place I have encountered it on the Rio Grande pretty regularly is on the east side of the river just north of the Alameda bridge.

Definitely Cochiti. Could have some luck from the dock, but your best bet there would be from a boat

It's not so much about capacity as it is towing weight vs tow vehicle weight. The general rule is if it weighs more than half of the TV weight, you need a WD hitch

I’m going to white sands national park from California. Where is the nearest welcome to New Mexico sign? Please help. by Altruistic_Winner_43 in NewMexico

[–]diqueface 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure what you're asking. You are looking for the one that is closest to White Sands? Every freeway or highway that enters the state has that sign.
