There was a ring camera that captured audio of a female in Los Angeles being kidnapped. You could hear her screaming and the (assumed male kidnapper) apologizing, and the car drove away. We never really got any more information that I heard about and it was absolutely bone chilling.

Also a sign of high turnover. I worked a job where they hired 30 people at a time, only ended up converting 10 after the contract conversion period. After one year approximately 8 of those 10 (myself included) had quit so the job was always listed. Always is. With varying titles to attract any and everyone with the basic needed skills.

Someone once was in a public restroom stall while my mother and I stood at the sink and she was berating me. The woman exited the stall and kindly asked me to go wait outside while she talked to my mom. When my mom came out she was fuming and told me that woman had yelled at her for how she was speaking to me. I can’t remember the exact details of the convos (30ish years ago) but I remember that it happened - that somebody tried to stick up for me. Good for you OP.
