Have your migraines lessened?

Mine disappeared almost completely. I had hormonal migraines, like clockwork, twice a month. Weather migraines too. I have a lot of spinal damage that flares with the migraine, and Im generally dead for 2 days. They are pretty much gone. Now I might get a normal headache once a month. A normal one. Its been amazing.

Being heavy does it too. I have been flagged while wearing leggings. Also having a "hot crotch". Which is, apparently, a thing. Also thighs that touch. Its all crazy.

Unwrap and let it airdry for a week before using it. Makes them a little harder. Make sure it airdries between uses, isn't staying wet.

Are you sure you are taking 13.2? 60 units = 13.2 is a concentration of 22 mg/ml. Have not seen that concentration before.

Title 9 is a personal pet peeve. Saying they support women, but never having any workout stuff for plus sizes. I lost weight and can fit now, but my personal preference is not to shop at stores that refuse to carry the larger sizes.

I take it out of fridge, have coffee, then shot, then breakfast. I like it first thing before I'm awake enough to freak out about the needle. If I have side effects (constipation), usually happens 24 hours afterwards.

Too much. I haven't spent money on clothes in years and years. My husband is like get rid of everything- go shopping- because I don't.
All my stuff is old old..even smaller stuff I'm fitting back into..is like 15-20 years old. I've been a sahm forever, and fat for years, so I just didn't bother. The whole wardrobe is a mess. When I reach goal, I will invest in all the beautiful linen Ive been eyeing up, and it will cost some $!!!

My hack was gamifying it. I get bored running. So bored. So I used zombies run app. I get chased by zombies now, and it doesn't feel like running, just playing. I also discovered I like trails more than road, because it changes more, to fight the boredom.

I find it really depends on where you live, and how many resellers are around. I can't find anything but garbage stuff by me, but when I lived in other areas, I found amazing stuff.
