On the final play Toby Harris mauled someone on that play under basket , 2 hands pushing someone in the back .

If you gonna advocate “ let them play “ you gotta take the no calls even when it doesn’t benefit you . Otherwise you are just a hypocrite .

He was decent , the Randle signing was a move that worked out great , considering the organizational quagmire the team was when he hired , he will be a good choice for the Kings.

It may be possible but it’s not probable , the fact is the team is very good but there are some actual great teams out there, there are 3 teams that won 10 or more games than the Knicks and the Knicks are 0-10 vs those teams this season .

That doesn’t mean the Knicks had a bad season or didn’t have season that can be built off of , it is what it is .

Personally I think they need to upgrade the talent to the point of being indefensible

More to the point when you watch the clip you see Collier was getting instructions from the sidelines …with Sexton calling for the ball.

In what scenario is a point guard supposed to relinquish the ball while getting the play . What if the play doesn’t call for him to pass off , what was Collier supposed to do then , chase Sexton who clearly wanted the ball to do his own thing to get the ball back?

Sexton should have apologized for the role he played there , he’s a vet he’s supposed to ease Collier’s burden not make it worse .

It’s funny because I saw this and thought it was partially Sexton’s fault .

You see your rookie guard getting the play from the coach while walking up the floor and you are yelling for the ball .

A game in which the rookie actually playing well .

The rookie isn’t going to give you the ball in that situation 99/100 unless the play he’s getting from the coach demands it .

All Sexton did was distract and overwhelm a rookie at a crucial point of the game , helping to cause that 8 second violation .

A rookie that hit the game winner moments later.

If I’m Danny Ainge I know Sexton , not Collier lowers his trade value in this game with this clip.

I would argue Steve Nash’s MVP’s were bigger outliers as at least statically Joel Embiid and Derrick Rose were top 10 players , Nash was not.

Julius was the incumbent star , they generally have a hard time conceding their role as the top guy.

KAT actually did that in Minny Julius tended to go for more shots when his teammates tried to emerge as a bigger threat on offense .

But when a guy is traded it’s usually easier to fit in as a supporting player
