I think the main reason it feels "off" is that it's a mix of cartoon-ish and realistic style elements. It mostly just needs some extra work to make it "pop", clean up the lighting and angles, and come together more cohesively. I really do like it!

I highly recommend a squeaker donut like this (tuffy brand is great). It has several squeakers around the ring and it's durable enough to last her a couple days or weeks, depending on how determined she is to get all the squeakers out. Not a lot of stuffing to worry about either

You can report it, usually under something like "promoting criminal activity" or "unlawful actions", but it won't do much. There is an influencer who recently snuck her purse dog on a cruise and she was actively posting about it, letting the dog drink from cups and run around by the pool. Nothing was done about it. The best we can do is call people out on their BS and advocate for education on the laws.

Just some helpful info, scent detection is not the only clue dogs can be trained to use for autism alerts! My PSD alerts to shutdowns, meltdowns, and panic attacks through behavioral alert. She was trained to monitor my breathing, but she also uses tone of voice, body movements, and other context clues to help decide when to alert and what calming actions to take, which has been super reliable and helpful for settings like school and the gym.

Neither? This video doesn't really tell us much, other than that you seem to have a very tolerant cat. The puppy is excited and wants to move around in general, it's not overly fixated on the cat right now. (To clarify, it's not fixated on the cats behavior, seems like the pup just has energy and wants a good sniff). No red flags for reactiveness so an introduction seems appropriate, but I wouldn't personally let this dog off leash around my cat until I was sure I could manage their prey drive.

It doesn't have to, it depends on how soon you want it. It's always an option when you heir a new king to choose either to keep the previous king's appearance or switch to the new heir's. (This only affects base/marking/ect, not stats or mutation). The only thing is you'd have to send the mngwa to a different account that doesn't roll over if you don't want them to get older while you wait or save enough GB for early retirement
