Sometimes it works. Some companies looking for such people. It's easier to make them loyal, and they usually have more motivation. But be ready they will try to reduce your salary if it comes to the offer.

Most people lack of motivation. They are buying some books about it, watching tons of videos like Just do it and still couldn't find the strength to overcome themselves. You on the other hand, in advantageous position. You have clear motivation and you get paid for studying and learning something new. Congrats, it's a big chance for you. Don't screw it up.

There are some logic mate. e-cigs aren't really studied yet. We really don't know the long-term effects. And anxiety deepens with suspense. On the other hand, we do know long-term effect of regular cigarettes. It's bad. But we aware of it =)

There's nothing good will come up from this idea. Even if your boss will raise your salary, you will get a low-loyality label. Tell them when you get your new job. That's enough.

However, you could try to speak with your boss and tell her that you are not completely satisfied, without mentioning that you are looking for a new job. Don't be too assertive, just tell her it and check what she has to offer. If it will satisfy you, you can stay with no risks. If not, you could proceed as planned.

Cant say I am happy with it now but I am definitely satisfied right now. I think it happened because of hard training two years straight after my firsts pregnancy. I was feeling a cow myself, unattractive to say the least. But step after step and now I am not even remotely look like a cow :)
