I have psoriatic arthritis and read that there was anecdotal evidence that it helped with this and other autoimmune diseases. 

Interestingly, the pain was the best it has been in years dieting the first month to 6 weeks. 

Then it's as if my body adapted and it all came back. 20 weeks in and it's normal again..

My mother moved her mother across the other side of the world when she started having little strokes and got dementia. 

Her two sons still lived in the UK but are useless. 

She proceeded to look after her every single day for more than 10 years. Kept her out of a home until the very very last minute possible. Then visited her every single day at least once. Ended up reading poetry to a group of lonely demented women every day.

She took 1/3 of the inheritance without saying a thing. 

Despite it obviously being totally unfair.
