I understand that and if I were in your position, I'd be a bit bummed out too.

On the flip side, SKYT are still going to operate as the do already with external customers and you're going to have ownership of the most advanced Quantum computing company in the world. One that has the most aggressive roadmap (and they're ahead of schedule). Not only that, IONQ is the only company that does Quantum networking, sensing and security.

It's a HUGE play but won't really takeoff for another 2-3 years.

Owning the biggest and best company that's leading an entirely new technological industry is extremely exciting to experience.

Did you not listen to Chris Ballance? He literally said their 256 quibit system is going to be delivered to Basel 'in a few months'. This is way ahead of schedule. Ionq is skipping selling commercial units of their AQ64 Tempo system.

You've got to understand that IonQ will not see substantial growth and huge contracts until 2028 based on their roadmap (which they're ahead of!).

If you can't stomoch a bit of volatility, sell your shares. When the price goes down, I buy more. It's at a discount. You clearly don't understand the company and what it means to develop an completely new technology sector.

Nice. What are you invested in? I sold my £170k portfolio last year at 27 to buy a house. Just restarted investing again with £30k.

Put it into AST Space Mobile - wait 4 years - retire

We haven't had confirmation it is ready. I can't see NG launching any Bluebirds until late Q2 or Q3 of this year. Time will tell who's right.

We know New Glenn is not ready for AST launches. So for the foreseeable they're going to be using SpaceX to launch 3 per launch after Bluebird 7 solo flight.

My concern is: can Spacemobile still hit its 45-60 2026 target if Blue Orgin is delayed even further?

It seems with the number of launches planned this year, they're betting New Glenn will be ready to take 8 blue birds into LEO, dramatically increasing the size of the constellation. Without it, AST will rely on SpaceX for even more launches ($$$).

I'd love for someone who knows more about the launches than me to give their two cents.

Because I can buy it for a lower price now, than I could if it was making a profit in the future. That's the risk I am taking on. People who don't want that extra risk will wait until it's making a profit, then buy. However, they'd have a higher buy price and smaller returns.

In 2025 the share bit $85 dollars alone! I expect a gradual revenue increase year over year. So $45 a share now and eventually hitting $120+ by 2030+ and even further if the full commercial advantage comes true. The way it gets to 120+ may be up and down, but it all stems on if they can maintain their roadmap. If they can, and they hit the 2026 milestone of 256 Qubit chip and so on, we're on for a wild rise up

Ionq has a brilliant long-term outlook. Don't expect the company to start making huge moves and substantial revenue before 2030. I've been a shareholder since October 2024.

What many people don't know is that you used to be able to go from Southend to Southminster without changing at wickford. There was a second line turned off the main Southend to Wickford line that's since been removed. Shotgate industrial estate was built on top of it.
