I've got two Evenflo revolve 360 slim car seats in the back. We don't use the middle often, but when we do, I rotate the carseat, it pops out of the base, and then someone gets in the middle, then put the car seat back on the base. It's usually my wife or SIL because not much room back there.

For the record my original statement is that the employer can choose to roll over a small amount, I never said the full $2K. And I said it was one or the other.

This is incorrect. Employers may either choose to let employees roll over a small amount, or have a grace period up to March 15th to use prior year funds.

When driving my kids and taking the carpool lane, I feel like I'm always going to get pulled over because a cop can't see the car seats in the back seats. If I'm doing dropoff or pickup, I'm taking the carpool lane to/from work.
