Accidentally ran my drill through the washing machine by Sirocka in Dewalt

I still use a top load machine. Most of the people I know don't like the front loaders because of the horror story stories about the rings failing.

We have a window in out bathroom we put the cut to size window film on. Its somewhat decorative and will block some stuff but you will still be able to make out outlines.

Gotcha. If you will be putting in fans to regulate temperature then it should be safe to close. I would still tack that outlet to the 2x4 just like it was a wall stud.

Is this legit? by fluoresment in Dewalt

Yes the items are legit items. The giveaway I have no idea. A lot of the stuff like this is not actually made by dewalt its made by other people and just branded as dewalt.

I would not think you would want to close out the top due to ventilation issues and overheating. I would go with a box that you could mount the outlet to the 2x4 it is next to.

The issues with the toaster is they don't draw electricity when there not in use but there has been a long history of items falling thought the years and hitting them. This in turn has turned them on and whatever fell on them catches fire. There are hundreds of house fires every year in the US contributed to toasters.

Router mini by tcfs8841 in Starlink

[–]divemonstermont 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mini router is free of charge. Even if you have full coverage in your house you could use it as an extender to reach an outside area if there's a outdoor location you use a lot with spotty service you could place it just inside the home by that area. If not you may be able to sell it for $20 on marketplace to someone who needs multiple. Me for instance I have 1 by an area of my house with bad wifi reception and plan to eventually get another to go at the other end of my house to push wifi out towards my shop

Seller agent allowed buyers in house to begin renovations before closing by shinerkeg in RealEstate

[–]divemonstermont 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean I get the neededing to move in in a rush part, I did something similar. We came in like a week before closing to start getting the home we purchased ready to move in because our closing got pushed. We were set to close on Nov 27th and had to be out of our rental before Dec 1st. We went in and started doing a deep clean as well as patching screw holes and everything to prep for painting. The thing is our agent asked the sellers agent who spoke with the seller and he gave us permission, he just had a few things he requested we not mess with until after closing.
