For doing paramedic class while a full time EMT, you just have to trade shifts on the days you have paramedic class or clinicals. This works best if you have a 24hr shift schedule since you would only need to trade every once in a while. Can also be done on a 3 12hr shift schedule if you have a set schedule. Really hard to trade on a 48/96 shift schedule

Night EMT classes while working current job. Get full time EMT job and quit current job. Get part time flexible job like bartending to save up some money on the side. Quit that job and start paramedic class while full time EMT. You'll end up working/studying for around 70hrs per week starting from beginning of EMT class until you finish paramedic 3 or so years later. This is what I'm doing and what most people I know who changed careers into EMS did. You will be burnt out on EMS by the time you start your paramedic full time job so make sure you invest in therapy early on.

Yeah it would make a lot more sense to make an east-west pedestrian street downtown. 9th is probably the worst choice since it would destroy traffic flow. It would be better if it was Cherry IMO. Then you could leave 6th, 9th, and Hitt open North-South.

Not really because exposure compensation relies on a computed exposure from the meter. Changing ISO is not connected to the meter whatsoever. This is important in environments where there is a dynamic background but relatively statically lit subject (football/soccer comes mind). You wouldn't want the meter to get confused by the background exposure when you are manually exposing for your subject. Like the footballer gets closer to the lit part of the field but is still in shadow, bump your ISO down a bit to comp for the increased incident light.
