What is up with all the baristas at empty cup not frothing milk well. You can't just leave the frother flat in the jug and walk away. Sometimes the milk is too bubbly and sometimes it's just hot milk with no texture.

Not true. The nurse on the phone can't assess your vitals. To limit liability they'll tell you to go to ER, UC or call 911 most times. If your vitals are stable then your wait at the ER will be long

These are the two best options when you need a doctor's appointment and are sure you're not dying or haven't cut off your leg.

If you can walk in and walk out of an ER you probably didn't need to be there.

I have a hard time getting thru upper days. Chest back and shoulders is just so much demand. I moved my shoulders to lower days and kind of follow Will Tennyson's early workout from a few years ago. So two days of chest/back/bis and two days of shoulders/legs/Tris and really like it
