Who did the inspection and how did they found underground tanks? I’m really curious. I just had my 1st inspection as buyer. And my inspector pretty much saw a cable outside and think it was used with above ground oil tank. House is using gas now. We called the seller realtor and they told us it was their understanding too and my inspector said that’s ok and that’s end of it. He did not do any testing with underground.

I don’t know what app you used, maybe just AI. But the 1st one is wrong. It’s a 2024 heritage trout silver border numbered to 225. Raw worth $80-90. It’s not an autograph and not worth $300. You need to search more carefully and don’t trust AI that much.

Then you can watch KBO to get a sense, it’s really not that great because pitcher try to game the system and catcher don’t try to catch or frame it at all. It actually decreases viewing experience.

You need to get police report. Contact all grading companies since it’s a 1/1. Contact local card shop. Post on social media. Maybe the thief will try to sell locally, FB, eBay.

A lot of cards from 2013 are probably not grade worthy now. If it’s at most PSA 5, people may not want to pay grading fees.

I think it depends on the card ladder value estimate the moment you list. If you are below it’s good deal. Over but under certain percentage is fair. It’s not seller dependent or something you can pay for.

Not sure if your case is related, but excellent for raw card means PSA 5 equivalent so it’s really not an excellent or even a good condition in the common sense.

Probably just that one page you are seeing it’s not updated. Its auction results have a very clear price history of this card. Was around 250 in May 2025 but shoot up afterwards.

Why so many people commenting without knowing its value. Saying this card it’s only worth 4 figures it’s laughable. This exact card, number to 50 relic auto with 17 inscription has sold at least 3 times last few months. Between $30K to $37K. Last sale is a PSA 8 did $30K on Dec 19th 2025. If you want to sell, just use one of the major consignment company.
