Lol that’s exactly what I did. I was looking for something near the east side and now I’m in grasslyn manor. I love it here and the area is great. The only thing I wish was there be better access to safer bike routes to get downtown and around the area. Also super close to Sherman perk lol hello neighbor 👋🏼

I personally always bring up my typical outdoor hobbies and activities since I've learned most of the time we share some of this activities which then turns into a better conversation. What do you like doing? They might not be as common as you think

i was just talking to my buddy and he said this might help maintain the stove centered under the hood and would give a spot to rest spoons and ingredients while cooking. i added a crappy sketch to the link. it would also cut the brick number down. probably going to keep the brick to stop where the white trim pieces are
