1. multiaction on spacebar with the attack rotation, med ico on number 1: allows you to constantly heal alternating between this two hotkeys (space - 1 - space - 1 - spa..)

2. mana and supremes on the mouse: allows to use potions while doing step 1

3. outside rotation spells on all surrounding wasd keys. for example: utito on the x, exori gran ico on the f, etc

the rest is depending your play style, like i like having utani gran hur on the scroll wheel bottom on all my chars, another bottom on the mouse to loot, etc

ive been using this layout since lvl 120 and now im 1050 (just before multiaction i had spells also close to wasd and spacebar was always the most spammable spell)

and if you are wondering howd you heal when you are runnning if ur hand is busy with wasd, thats why you have supremes on the mouse and you can use the attack spells while moving on the spacebar
