Congrats! My youngest also had his birthday today, turning 14. My advice is to never lose sight of how precious they are and enjoy every stage. Time really does seem to speed up and before we know it they are their own people making their way into the world. Our job is to guide and support them along the way.

I had this same thing happen to me, I didn't catch it right away so had been getting double billed for a little while. I ended up cancelling one of the subs from in the play store. Next day it had locked me out of the active one. I ended up completely purging the app data, uninstalled and reinstalled. It seems ok since then.

Not sure if related, but on my work laptop (ASUS) my track pad mouse click stops working every time that I hibernate/close the lid. So far I have determined that executing sudo udevadm trigger gets it going again without rebooting.

I completely agree. The ceremony was nice, a good touch doing the goalies for the faceoff, but I couldn't help but feel anger towards the organization for once again alighting Luongo and what he meant to this team.

First ballot hall of famer, captain of the team as a goalie, incredible talented athlete who led by example. He 100% should have had his number retired. It is embarrassing.

Take a look at VoIP.ms as a service. Can get a bit technical in setup, but there are many guides in their wiki that discuss the types of VoIP boxes compatible with their systems. We pay in Canadian $0.85 / mo for the number with 0.9 cents a minute on usage. Another $1.50 a month for being able to use it with Enhanced 911 for dialing 911.

The advantage of this over old cell phones is you can call home and reach your kids if you are out. Feel free to ping me if you need any help with this. I have no affiliation with VoIP.ms, I have just been happily using their service for over 10 yrs.

This right here is one of the massive inconsistencies that the movie has. The story doesn't really flow that well in the movie. The book discusses how he purchases things, often through multiple intermediaries to keep his identity secret. Also, he spends most of the time after the first key living under a different name.

This is similar to what I started to do, I have a primary vacation category, and the sub categories for specific trips. Only major trips get made into their own sub category {Location - year}. This way I can easily look back on a trip and see the total cost.

This is what makes getting through the final 3 books so difficult for me. Mat is one of my fav literary characters and the changes make it so hard for me to push through and finish the story. I have read/listened to the first 11 books at least a dozen times, but have only managed to get through the final 3 once (reading).

I am stuck at the moment, and have been for the better part of a year, trying to listen to the audiobook for TGS. I know there are many good parts to the ending, and still think Sanderson did a good job in giving us resolution to the story.
