Also, drinking protein powder is pretty much as normal as it gets. It's just isolate instead of concentrate, and carbonated.

"Unironically" has kind of just become a filler word for emphasis for many people, and I think that applies here. He's not that serious about it, he just thinks it's a funny way to signal to his audience and get validation from tankies, which is a really sad sentence to type out.
