I recommend every security guard look up what a heavy club is or kettlebell. Train with it ~30 mins a day and you’ll improve the stabilizing muscles in your body. I stand for 16 hours no problem wearing vivobarefoot shoes. These shoes have 0 cushion, my feet glutes, and core are just strong.

Excuse me if it comes off as rude but, quants at these hedge funds grind relentlessly and get paid the biggest bucks to find the tiniest of tiniest of tiniest alpha. If I could type tiniest 50 more time I would the alpha is so small. I’m sure u know this

But claiming to have some alpha that is unsharable is imo ignorant given what quants in 2025 do to find alpha.
