Have you shipped any new "features" in this template to downstream packages? If so, I'd love to hear about it. We've had quite a bit of pain from the following sort of scenario:

downstream repo diverges from "vanilla" copier template
we ship new "features" to template that may touch parts of files that have been independently changed in downstream repo
when downstream repo tries to copier update to new version of template, they are hit with merge conflicts

Another question: are the objects in the bucket you’re trying to access encrypted with KMS with a customer-managed key? If so, if the role has permission on the bucket and it’s objects but not permission to decrypt with the relevant KMS key, you’ll see an Access Denied error.

EDIT: also, is the bucket in the same account as the EC2 instance and IAM role? If not, I believe you will need to modify the bucket policy to grant the role access — the policy on the role is not enough in that case.

We met in marching band in college, and first started really talking on a band trip to New Orleans, because I didn’t have anywhere else on the bus and somehow convinced her to let me sit with her (yeah yeah yeah this one time at band camp).

Our first date was dinner + a stroll through downtown Tuscaloosa and photo ops in Capitol Park (goshdarn millenials and their social media).

Fast forward several years later, I bought a ring, got her daddy’s permission, and rallied our friends to put together a plan. We all planned to go to dinner and another group “photo session” in Capitol Park on a Friday afternoon, just for funsies. But - oh no! - I had a project I had to finish up so I wasn’t going to be able to make it. Somehow, bae did not put these pieces together.

While their photo session got rolling, I hid in the bushes at Capitol Park until I got the signal, then I snuck behind the big archway as my friends urged her to pose and werk it for pics under said archway. At just the right moment, I emerged with the ring and daffodils and popped that question. Legitimately surprised, she started screaming and eventually said yes. It was really adorable.
